The Moncton Bucks picked up a win at Resurgo Stadium, knocking off the Saint John Sasquatches, 2-1. Starting pitcher Emanuel Kubina played a key role in the triumph. Kubina picked up the win for Moncton, going 7 innings. He gave up 1 run on 5 hits. He now sports a record of 1-0. The win puts Moncton at 1-1.
