Led by Reynaldo Garza, the Saint John Sasquatches downed the Fredericton Salamanders, 6-3. Garza was 1 for 1 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once for the Sasquatches. Saint John reliever Júlio Pacheco got the win, raising his record to 4-2. Roberto Gabriel was tagged with the loss. With the win, Saint John pushed its record to 24-16.

Carlos Hickling provided some late-game drama. In the top of the 11th, with one out and a runner on 2nd, Hickling hit a run-scoring single. It helped Saint John take the lead and grab the win.
