Yamasaki Sizzles in No-Hitter
It was the game that pitchers dream about: the no-hitter.

It happened today at Volunteers Ballpark. Kosho Yamasaki of the Evansville Wildfire was right on target against the Arlington Heights Volunteers in a 35-0 victory. Yamasaki zeroed in on them, holding them hitless with 5 strikeouts and 1 walk.

"I just had it all today," Yamasaki told BNN reporters after the game. "Very good stuff and great location. That is a combination that's hard to beat."

This season Yamasaki has compiled a 9-1 mark with a 2.20 ERA in 11 starts.
