Potros Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Friday, September 6th, 1991 The baseball world has known for a long time that the West Nipissing Potros were not destined for the playoffs this year. But now it is official, as the team was mathematically eliminated from postseason contention today. West Nipissing last appeared in the postseason in 1978. This is their 13th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 12 times in their 12-year history. |
