Seawolves Come up Short of Playoffs Sunday, April 14th, 1991 The University of New Brunswick Seawolves will have a "long time to dwell" on this season's failure to get into the postseason, according to reliever Johannes Muga. Still in the chase in the season's final days, the club was officially eliminated from playoff contention earlier today. Before this season, the Seawolves last missed the playoffs in 1989. In the 80 years they have been a Royal Canadian Society of Letters and Athletics franchise, they have missed the playoffs 44 times. In the last 10 years, they have missed the playoffs 5 times. University of New Brunswick has won the Round 1 19 times in their history. |
