Super Week for Perry HS's Dunn! Monday, March 25th, 1991 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the DC Metro Public Schools, but last week Doug Dunn of the Perry HS Huskies reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Dunn rocked opposing pitching for a .600 average (12-for-20), 1 home run and 8 RBIs to come away with the award. In the current season, Dunn has put up a .311 batting average with 28 hits, 3 home runs, 16 runs batted in and scored 16 runs. |
