Season-Ending Injury for Joey Edgar Friday, March 29th, 1991 The season is apparently over for Joey Edgar. The Perry HS Huskies medical staff informed the club that the reliever will be out at least 8-9 months with a stretched elbow ligament. Edgar was hurt in the game against McLean HS while throwing a pitch. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season. |
