Mckay Shuts Out Juarez, 4-0 Tuesday, July 23rd, 1991 Thomas Mckay of the Houston Big Stick shut out the Juarez Trolls 4-0 at Big Stick Ballpark today, holding them to 3 hits with 1 walk and 14 strikeouts. Pressed for comments on his club's defeat, Juarez skipper Juan Cuevas called the outing from Mckay "a jewel." "The way Mckay was pitching, it would have been tough for anyone to beat him," he said.
