Idowu Put in Cooler, Hitless Against Chichester Monday, July 29th, 1991 Kitaw Idowu had his hitting streak snapped at 25 games today during a 13-10 Exeter win over the Chichester Associates at Chichester Grounds. The 22-year-old first baseman was hitless in 3 at-bats. "Had to end sometime," Idowu said, shrugging. Currently Idowu is batting .392 with 47 hits and 5 home runs. He has knocked in 31 runs and scored 28 times. |
