Ivory Coast Academy's François Sidelined for Season Thursday, August 30th, 1990 The Ivory Coast Academy Les Éléphants were dealt a blow today when closer Felix François left the game with an undisclosed injury. The team has now revealed that François has suffered a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament and will most likely miss the rest of the season as a result of the injury. Thus far this year François has picked up 9 saves. He has also compiled a 3-2 won-lost mark with a 4.94 ERA and in 23.2 innings fanned 36. |
